Problem
The project aims to design a comprehensive mobile application for end-users, separately catering to both iOS and Android platforms, along with a web-based Super Admin Panel and Enterprise Client Dashboards. One of the primary objectives is to ensure that the platforms adhere to strict enterprise security standards, ensuring the utmost data protection and confidentiality. To guarantee user privacy and regulatory compliance, the system needs to be designed to meet HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and ADA requirements, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for all stakeholders involved.
Solution
Two teams worked on the project: one for the mobile app catering to customers (iOS and Android), and the other focusing on web platforms for Enterprise and Super admin. Calls were held to capture detailed requirements, and maximum attendance was ensured to meet crucial deadlines. The team consolidated understanding, identified modules/features, defined requirements using user stories, and established information architecture. Weekly sync-ups reviewed progress and gathered feedback. Branding paraphernalia was prepared to start on designs. Wireframes and hi-fi mockups for mobile and web (Enterprise) were completed, with continuous feedback from the team. Designs for mobile and web (Enterprise) were wrapped up, and work on web (Super Admin) commenced, concluding all designs, and moving onto dev handoff and implementation support.
